The ‘it never heals’ stuff is rubbish! I can rub my eyes fine! God knows who made that up!
The cutting of the flap means that you heal MUCH hence why I could drive home the next day!

if you do it before your eyes have fully settled in the growth, you can ruin your eyes. so you’re $5000 wont be worth anything anymore, and you’ll have ed up eyes. lol.
might as well wait til you’re 25 and get it done ONCE. thats just my opinion anyway.

Laser eye surgery …
Laser eye surgery would not be a good idea until adulthood as the eyes are subject to continual change until adulthood. As far as this goes laser eye surgery should not be done until vision stablises for a minimum of 2 years.

It doesn’t matter if you focus or not. You just have to look straight ahead at a small light. They have a tracking device that follows your eyes anyway. nothing can go wrong in that respect.

I was light …
I was light sensitive now and then for a few weeks after the procedure. Other than that, I had no side effects at all. I am still loving 20/20 vision! EVERYONE is different though and there is always a risk. My eyes were -6.5 and -4 so for me I could not have been much worse!
